Training public administration in agility and the digital economy
Context
As part of the E-Tamkeen program aimed at enhancing civil servants' skills in digitalization, the client, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, engaged the Wemanity Learning Center to organise a series of training sessions. These sessions targeted civil servants across 14 ministries and public administrations, focusing on agility and the digital economy.

Activities
The program involved designing and delivering tailored training sessions for various ministries, including Digital Transition, Economy and Finance, Foreign Affairs, Employment and Professional Integration, Agriculture, Justice, and Health.
- Training: “Agile Awareness”
- Objective: Understand agility, its values, principles, and added value in public administration.
- Format: 1 day per group; 8 groups trained.
- Training: “Scrum Master”
- Objective: Learn the roles, responsibilities, and interactions of a Scrum Master.
- Format: 2 days; 3 groups trained, with certification.
- Training: “Product Owner”
- Objective: Learn the roles, responsibilities, and interactions of a Product Owner.
- Format: 2 days; 3 groups trained, with certification.
- Training: “Digital Economy”
- Objective: Gain insights into the digital ecosystem, its key players, challenges, and influence.
- Format: Half-day session for 70 civil servants from the Ministry of Digital Transition.
- Training: “Agile HR”
- Objective: Train HR directors on the principles and benefits of agility in human resource management as part of a study tour.
- Format: 1 day in Brussels.
Key results
- 17 training sessions delivered over 8 months.
- Simultaneous sessions held in Rabat and Brussels with local teams.
- Over 270 participants benefited from the program.
