A tailored training program for organisational transformation success

Wemanity was engaged to support a cultural and organisational transformation by establishing and guiding 2 to 3 multidisciplinary Feature Teams. The goal was to achieve initial concrete successes while transferring the necessary skills to enable the client to independently manage Feature Teams and scale the transformation further.

The training program was co-created by Wemanity and the client’s transformation team, resulting in the deployment of the following modules:

• Preparing to Join an Agile Team – 30 participants.
• Product Owner & Scrum Master Training – 20 participants.
• Leadership Development and Creating a Community of Managers – 25 participants.
• Executive Committee Agile Awareness and OKR Workshop – 7 participants.
