Agile transformation Assessment

The client is a Belgian Insurance company delivering life and non-life insurance products and services to more than one million customers both B2C as well as B2B.

In 2021, the client launched an agile transformation focusing on improving the agile way of working between the company and its IT suppliers. The client has asked Wemanity to assess the maturity of its agile transformation and propose a plan for the future implementation.

• Series of workshops by profile and role in the organisation activating about 50 people
• Ad hoc interviews of executives and specific stakeholders
• Observation of key ceremonies
• Identification and scoring of common challenges in the organisation on the level of teams, programs, portfolio, leadership and learning culture
• Co-creation of solutions with the client for each challenge
