Agile immersion for sales agency members
Context
The client began its agile transformation several years ago, focusing initially on the IT department. In 2023, the bank decided to expand the agile way of working across all HQ and support departments, including the sales organization. In this context, Wemanity was selected to design and deliver a blended learning program tailored to two main personas, agency directors/managers and team members.
For team members, Wemanity developed a 1-day Agile Immersion program contextualized around the theme of Rugby. Each training session was held in a rugby stadium to provide a fully immersive experience.

Activities
- Co-creation phase:
- Co-design of a training approach aligned with client’s vision of agility.
- Development of cheat sheets to provide participants with easily accessible reminders of the concepts covered during training.
- Upskilling of Wemanity’s internal trainers to deliver the program effectively.
- Immersion sessions:
- 28 Agile Immersion days for team members, with 100 participants per session and 8 facilitators. Each session was an engaging day of agility training inspired by Rugby.
- 10 Servant Leadership bootcamps for agency directors and managers, with 50 participants per session and 5 facilitators. These sessions were also based on the Rugby theme to create a cohesive experience.
Key results
- Training delivered to 2800 people.
