Popularised by Google, the Objectives Key Results (OKR) method is used in many agile organisations to define and measure their objectives. As opposed to the waterfall model and far from the “to-do list” trap, the OKR methodology allows you to define objectives that are as ambitious as realistic, easily measurable and inspiring.

The main challenge is: how can they be optimally deployed in order to foster a culture of performance?
