The Art of Leadership: a tailored program to inspire and transform
Context
The Wemanity Learning Center co-designed and delivered a customised leadership and change management program for 42 team leaders. Spanning 8 months, the program featured six interactive training modules, on-demand individual coaching sessions, and a specialised Train-the-Trainer module for five volunteer participants. Between sessions, participants tackled practical challenges to apply their newly acquired skills. Each module began with a review of learnings and obstacles encountered in real-life scenarios, fostering a gradual and deeply rooted learning experience.
