Ideation seminar for a Transformation Roadmap using Design Sprint

Context

The Global Operations Office of the Group Legal Department, comprising 250 employees, launched the “Let’s make it happen” program to drive its transformation and position itself as a true business partner for the client’s various entities. This initiative aimed to reposition the Legal Department as a strategic actor, particularly for International Marketing Divisions, by proposing innovative service models and enhancing risk management.

To bring this vision to life, an end-of-year alignment session was organized with 20 participants. The seminar had two key objectives: introducing new ideation and strategic thinking methods while collecting tangible contributions for the 2022 transformation roadmap. The process was guided by three pillars: acting as a strategic partner, growing through innovative services, and improving risk management.
