Context
To accelerate its global transformation and implement its data-driven strategy, the client engaged its teams around data-related challenges. The Learning & Development teams partnered with Wemanity to design an approach combining theoretical skill development and adoption of the data-driven vision. The objective: establish a common language around data, clarify roles and responsibilities related to data, and support businesses in identifying and developing relevant use cases.

Activities
- Establishing the Foundations of Agility: At the start of the collaboration two years ago, Sodexo had no agile practices in place. Wemanity began by introducing Scrum Mastering practices and team coaching to build a solid foundation at the local level.
- Training and Support on Agile Methodologies: Wemanity’s experts shared their knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Scrum@Scale, and SAFe, while also raising awareness about the cultural changes necessary for a successful transformation.
- Team Synchronization and Problem-Solving: To improve collaboration between regions and global entities, problem-solving workshops were organized. During critical deployments, Wemanity mobilized additional resources and facilitated workshops to support Sodexo during key moments.
- Adopting a Dual Approach (Bottom-Up and Top-Down): Wemanity helped Sodexo balance grassroots momentum from motivated teams with strategic top-down support, ensuring strong leadership sponsorship and adequate funding.
- Gradual Deployment of the SAFe Framework: Sodexo aims to establish value streams and autonomous agile trains focused on delivering value. This effort builds on the strength of data, digital, and AI teams, empowering them to drive innovation.
