To effectively modify behaviour, we must first shift our underlying beliefs, which in turn will guide our thoughts, and those lead to a correspondent behaviour. Our training and coaching reinforce these new beliefs through consistent practice, ensuring lasting behavioural change and preventing a relapse into old habits.

A light, yet immersive, tailor-made and balanced learning journey to respect business as usual and stick to the reality of the team’s day to day activities. The leadership program is a combination of: practical training days, coaching/facilitation during management team meetings, one-on-one behaviour coaching sessions. There are three phases of the leadership journey, each lasts 3 months and they can be used separately.
