Upskilling and reskilling program to accelerate the agile transformation

Context

As part of its scaled transformation, the client launched the ambitious program “Agile! And you?” with the goal of training all employees in the principles, values, roles, and rituals of agility. The objective was clear: to upskill and reskill over 1,500 employees in less than 18 months, aligning the entire organisation around a shared agile culture.

  • Training: “Collective Intelligence”
    • Mastering facilitation techniques to maximize the impact of team and group interventions.
  • Training: “Anchoring My Agile Posture”
    • Adopting an agile mindset by fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective interactions within an agile organization.

Key results

  • Over 350 sessions delivered in 18 months.
  • An average of 10 sessions per week.
  • More than 1 500 participants trained through the program.
