Upskilling and reskilling program to accelerate the agile transformation

As part of its scaled transformation, the client launched the ambitious program “Agile! And you?” with the goal of training all employees in the principles, values, roles, and rituals of agility. The objective was clear: to upskill and reskill over 1,500 employees in less than 18 months, aligning the entire organisation around a shared agile culture.

Designing and delivering a comprehensive agile upskilling and reskilling program, including:

  • Developing the responsibilities of an Agile Coach, creating a toolbox, and embodying the role of facilitator and servant leader.

  • Mastering facilitation techniques to maximize the impact of team and group interventions.
• Training: “Anchoring My Agile Posture”
  • Adopting an agile mindset by fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective interactions within an agile organization.
