Training Project Managers to become Scrum Masters and Product Owners

Context

The goal of this project was to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team in identifying the training needs of project managers and guiding them through their transition to becoming Scrum Masters or Product Owners.

Wemanity collaborated with the L&D team and internal coaches to address the challenges of their agile transformation. Through co-creation sessions, training needs were identified, and tailored modules were designed for these key new roles.

    • Facilitation techniques.
