Context
Since 2019, Roche's Moroccan subsidiary has launched its reflection and the first steps of its Agile organisation.
The Moroccan subsidiary chose to create a new and multidisciplinary squad called 'Agile Culture and Behavior' to support the design of this Agile organisation, but also to raise awareness, through trainings for 80 employees.
For the second year of its evolution, Roche Morocco has the ambition to go one step further in supporting this dedicated squad and anchoring the Agile behavior for the rest of the employees on a long-term basis.
Wemanity has been mandated to organise a light assessment to create a tailor-made support program, both to accompany the change agents of the squad and to make this new culture permanent.
Moreover, Wemanity has been requested to offer a dedicated support to the HR team to go further in the Agile organisation.
