Context
AG Insurance has launched a digital business transformation with a user-centric design for its claims department. This is the company's first program to be launched in Agile mode, and Wemanity was chosen as the partner to support this challenge.

- Agile coaching for 5 teams (50-60 people - Front End, Back End, Test Team, Development and UX Team): workshops on different topics related to leadership and agility, feedback sessions, definition and animation of Agile maturity surveys, coaching of new roles, etc.
- Implementation of the new Agile way of working within the infrastructure at management and team level
- Training/mentoring/coaching on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, mindset and leadership
