About WeImpact
Have you heard of the “Legend of the Hummingbird,” a Native American tale where the environment is devastated by a massive fire? While all the terrified animals panic, only the little hummingbird does its best, carrying a few drops of water in its beak to try to put out the flames. Like the hummingbird, we believe that it is our responsibility as citizens and businesses to do our part, prioritizing the common good for a sustainable future.
This is how WeImpact was born, our ESG service, which since 2017 has been dedicated to accelerating Wemanity’s sustainable transformation.

Through tailored support, we are committed to making our services accessible to as many as possible. Measuring, raising awareness, engaging, supporting, training, and making tangible improvements on the 17 SDGs: these are our commitments. We support our employees in making an individual and professional impact through engagement programs focused on solidarity and the environment within our ecosystem—whether it’s organizing drives, special events, training programs, charity runs, communities of practice, impactful initiatives, and much more.

This program fosters engagement, collaboration, and tangible social and environmental impacts.

Ensuring gender equality and the empowerment of all women.
Wemanity s'engage activement en faveur de l'égalité et de l’équité
Beyond French and European legal requirements, we are committed to embodying the change we want to see, particularly by promoting women's roles in the technology sector. We partner with engaged and renowned organizations (such as HandsAway, Hally, Force Femmes, Le Monde selon les Femmes, Plan International, and many others), and we encourage our employees to get involved through skills-based sponsorship and volunteering. We have trained 20 harassment prevention officers for gender-based and sexual harassment and organized awareness sessions for all our employees. Actively participating in conferences on women’s representation in tech, we share best practices to strengthen inclusion and equity. For us, continuous improvement is key to transformation.

Wemanity embodies a vision of a company rooted in governance and policies that are deeply committed and responsible in promoting inclusion and supporting people with disabilities. In this regard, Wemanity not only complies with regulatory and legal standards but also strives to continuously improve its positive impact in this area. Our actions include partnerships with Hipip In, Mozaik RH, H'up Entrepreneurs, and En Van Simone, as well as skills-based sponsorship initiatives. We ensure the accessibility of our offices, promote equality through our diversity charter, and help our clients create accessible digital products. By actively participating in initiatives like DuoDay and encouraging disability awareness through dedicated training, Wemanity works to remove barriers and promote inclusion.
Taking urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts.

Wemanity reduces its carbon footprint and promotes sustainability by supporting clients and partners through GreenIT, eco-design, and eco-friendly IT architecture. Since 2020, we’ve measured our Carbon Footprint and aim to achieve carbon neutrality by 2025. Green IT awareness is part of our employee onboarding process and reinforced through dedicated training. We implemented an energy efficiency policy in 2022 and offer environmental programs via the Vendredi platform. Wemanity promotes the purchase of responsible products and encourages tree planting as a reward for employee engagement. As a member of the French Tech Corporate Community, we help create solutions for the challenges of digitization, particularly in training, technology, start-up support, and public-private partnerships.
Wemanity is also committed throughout the year to other Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
