Challenge
Gather metrics for better management
- Integrate the Agile Excellence Team (AXE) in order to provide help and training to the software and business teams
- Provide more technical knowhow on the software development process (DevOps & Crafts)
- Improve the Agile way of working of the company
- Gather a set of metrics to allow management teams to see if the Agile transformation is working and well implemented
- Provide an Excel based self-assessment questionnaire to allow individual teams to determine where their strengths and weaknesses are in the areas of Agile frameworks & practices, Business, Craftsmanship, Production (DevOps) & Tools
- Provide guidance for program managers on managing Agile teams
