The traineeship of Wemanity , accelerates your capabilities in guiding clients through agile, cultural and digital transformations. This way, you help clients in unfolding the true potential of their organisations and their employees.

After your onboarding journey, you will swiftly work with several experimented staff members (change managers, transformation leaders, agile coaches,...) on real projects and learn about running and transforming organisations while developing your leadership skills.

It is a unique opportunity to learn fast from the best; attending critical meetings and workshops, discovering new and challenging work environments and gaining important pragmatic experiences.

Our traineeship is for individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit, a results-driven mindset, and some form of innovative experience either inside or outside of university.

From the start, we will provide you with experiences to evolve from a strong graduate profile towards an expert in Agile, Change and Digital Transformation and ultimately become a true Transformation Leader.

Thanks to your entrepreneurial spirit, you will be able to handle these bold challenges across IT, Business and HR and co-create true value for our clients. This means Transforming technology, processes and people 💫

To make the most out of this adventure, we ensure you get the support you need (weekly trainings and monthly coachings (via buddy, peer2peer, coach and mentor system).

We are looking for curious, driven and bold university graduates who want to do things differently. Those who are ready to take on tough challenges and adapt to different work situations.

Those who have an open and global citizenship attitude and easily connect with others both inside and outside our company.

• You should graduate with a Master’s degree.
• You should also have no more than 2 years of professional experience (internships/volunteers/student jobs not included).
• You are fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.
