BICS was looking to improve the agility of teams working together and delivering projects toward the customers. The scope of this collaboration was limited to the Platform & Solutions Development (PSD) department and more specifically to four teams.

Challenge

With regards to a request from Head of the Solution & Application Development, we helped BICS for the following:

  • Coaching Scrum Masters, Customer Proxys, and Product Owners in their roles and mindsets for few teams
  • Building a clear vision and a roadmap for those teams
  • Being an Agile ambassador for teams, Scrum Masters and Product Owners

  • Helped analyze their way of working in order to detect what could be improved, spoke with all members of the team to have their opinion about their way of working and found solutions together
  • Trainings on Agile awareness and deep dive in Scrum framework
  • Kicking-off and supporting Communities of Practices and Guilds
